My first post on this topic made me think – God has already taken hold of us. In Phillipians, we read “Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me.” Or at least that’s how a pastor explained it years ago at a Navigator conference I attended. Cool idea though, huh?
